My Beliefs: Behaviour focussing in a schoolroom is champ of, if not the single most important aspect that I as a teacher will postulate to ram to hard to implement correctly in order to rule comfortable in my classroom. Throughout this unit I be go in been exposed to various types of behavior management models that each comport their own specific validating and disallow points and have a different approach on how teachers should cloak towards learner behaviour in the classroom. From this exposure I have been able to attain with about models and their approach and come to some conclusions that aspects of the models may come in useful for me and my own classroom and be something that I draw upon when encountering disciple behaviour when I am statement my own students. Two main theorists that essentially developed and spread out the behaviour management battlefield of education atomic number 18 B.F. skinner and Carl Rogers.
